Refund policy

Returns

we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, If you are unsatisfied with the fit of the item or receive a defected product, we can provide you a refund  

Send us a return request by email to info@theorientaltextile.com You will receive an email with instructions to proceed with the return in 2-3 working days.

However,

The return must be requested within 7 days of the receiving date

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed,

All tags must be attached and in original packaging

Please take care of your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. We will not accept any returns that do not meet our policy.

(Please states that these are ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. otherwise we may refuse to receive the parcel as we will not be responsible for any return custom charges made.

We also do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product again.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method.

(You will be refunded with full amount of your purchased items, including the original shipping cost. But we are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.)
